Riding Paperwork Submission Form - Members Only

This year we are supplementing the manual paperwork submission process with a digital process which will eventually make submitting and organizing this information easier for everyone. 

All riding members of Tryon Hounds will be required to submit the following information to our Honorary Secretary, Roberta McKinney, prior to joining Tryon Hounds in the hunt field. If you are a social member you may submit your information via the Riding Guest's Paperwork form.

  1. Signed waivers for Tryon Hounds, the North Pacolet Association (NPA), Golden Hills, and Greenspace of Fairview Farms.
  2. Copies of valid and negative Coggins reports for any/all horses you plan to ride in the hunt field.
  3. Valid Hunting Licenses from the states of NC and SC.

Please gather all this information and submit together in one package, whether you choose to submit manually or digitally - follow the instructions below to start the process!

If you are 18 or over, you can choose to:

  1. GO ALL DIGITAL - Sign waivers & submit Coggins and hunting license info online.
  2. SUBMIT MANUALLY - Print out, sign, and email or hand deliver waivers, Coggins, and copies of hunting licenses.

If you are under the age of 18, you will need to:

  1.         SUBMIT MANUALLY - Print out, have parents or guardians sign, and email or hand deliver waivers and Coggins.

You will not be allowed to hunt until your complete package is received.

  1. WAIVERS - Print out and SIGN (or have your parents or guardians SIGN) the required waivers by clicking here.
  2. COGGINS - Include a copy of an up to date (within 1 year) negative coggins report for any horse you plan to hunt (required to participate in a Tryon Hounds activity.)

  3. HUNTING LICENSES - Under state law in both North Carolina and South Carolina, hunting licenses are required for fox hunters. Tryon Hounds requires NC and SC hunting licenses for all riding members over the age of 18,  and recommends hunting licenses for all individuals hunting with Tryon Hounds. Photocopies of your licenses should be included in the paperwork packet.

COGGINS

Tryon Hounds requires an up to date Coggins (within 1 year) for each horse you ride at any Tryon Hounds' function - including Hunt Meets, Hunter Paces, and Clinics.
