Riding Paperwork Submission Form - Guests

All guests capping with Tryon Hounds, riding in a Tryon Hounds' clinic, or participating in a Tryon Hounds' Hunter Pace need to submit an up to date negative coggins report for the horse they plan to ride in addition to signing the appropriate waivers.  

If you are 18 or over, you can choose to:

  1. GO ALL DIGITAL - Sign waivers & submit Coggins online.
  2. SUBMIT MANUALLY - Print out, sign, and email or hand deliver waivers and Coggins.

If you are under the age of 18, you will need to:

  1.         SUBMIT MANUALLY - Print out, have parents or guardians sign, and email or hand deliver waivers and Coggins.

MANUAL SUBMISSIONS - please complete the following steps and bring your paperwork to the Honorary Secretary, the Field Secretary, or the Clinic or Hunter Pace Registration Desk.

You will not be allowed to participate until your paperwork is completed. Remember to bring any fees associated with participation with you!

  1. COGGINS - Print a copy of an up to date (within 1 year) negative coggins report for the horse you plan to ride (required to participate in a Tryon Hounds activity.)
  2. WAIVERS - Print out and SIGN (or if you are under the age of 18 have your parents or guardians SIGN) the required waivers - select below.

COGGINS

Tryon Hounds requires an up to date Coggins (within 1 year) for each horse you ride at any Tryon Hounds' function - including Hunt Meets, Hunter Paces, and Clinics. 

Please use the field below to upload a copy of your horse's Coggins Report.  File will be uploaded when you press the 'Submit' button at the end of this form.

To ride at any Tryon Hounds sponsored function, signed waivers are required.

After you submit this form, you will be redirected to a page to select the appropriate waivers. Be sure to fully complete the digital signing process according to the instructions provided at the start of the process.
